    DEWO work reporting station main application functions and scenarios

    1. Task reception and confirmation:
    Workers view the production tasks (work order number, product model, process, quantity, process requirements, drawings/SOP, etc.) that need to be performed during the shift or currently through the reporting table (touch screen, tablet, PC, barcode scanner, etc.).
    When the worker starts work, he confirms the start of the task on the reporting table.
    2. Real-time reporting of production progress:
    After the worker completes a certain number (such as single piece, batch), he enters or scans (via barcode/RFID) the completed number on the reporting table.
    The system automatically records the completion time and operator.
    Core value: Real-time update of production dashboards, so that team leaders, planners, and management can instantly understand the completion progress and production capacity status of each workstation, production line, and order.
    3. Working time and efficiency statistics:
    The system automatically records the start and end time of each task and each process, and calculates the actual working time.
    Combined with standard working hours, key indicators such as production efficiency (such as performance efficiency in OEE), achievement rate, and working time utilization rate are automatically calculated.
    Core value: Provide accurate data foundation for performance appraisal, cost accounting, bottleneck process identification, and efficiency improvement.
    4. Material consumption and traceability:
    When reporting work, workers can enter or scan the batch number/serial number of the materials used.
    The system records the relationship between materials and finished products.
    Core value: Realizing forward traceability of materials (which materials are used in the product) and reverse traceability (which products a batch of materials is used in) is the key to quality management (recall, defect analysis) and refined inventory management.
    5. Quality data collection:
    Workers enter self-inspection/first inspection results (number of qualified and unqualified) during the production process or after completion.
    Can record the code/type of unqualified phenomenon.
    Can be integrated with the quality inspection system to trigger the inspection process.
    Core value: Real-time monitoring of production quality status, rapid discovery of quality problems and early warning, and providing first-hand data for quality analysis.
    6. Equipment status and abnormality reporting:
    Workers can report equipment failures, shutdowns (such as waiting for materials, machine adjustments) and other information.

    7. Process parameter recording (optional):
    In key processes, workers can enter process parameters (such as temperature, pressure, time, etc.) through the reporting table or the system automatically collects (such as through the PLC interface).
